It's great that his tumors are gone He responded well to the chemo. There are quite a few chemotherapy drugs and they work in different ways. He got the strong kinds to damage the tumors and to stop the cancer from advancing. Most chemos are cell-cycle specific. They intervene

Thank you. He has typical nausea and fatigue but not anything too awful. I just think that's gotta be depressing to be on chemo for the rest of your life. And at some point doesn't the drugs stop working? He is stage 4 and he says he doesn't want to

I had my Colonoscopy and a polyp was removed that turned out to be the type that can turn into Cancer. Glad that is gone. Also diagnosed with moderate diverticulosis.

I think some of the really old cancer patients don't have all of their body systems working at 100% and the cancer can't get what it needs to grow or something. One patient was 103 and raising hell!
